Shipping
Happy New Year! I won't be shipping again until Monday, because the PO is closed for the New Year's holiday.

It’s really sad when a diaper goes missing because that diaper was really excited to go to its new home. We don’t want any orphaned diapers, so please purchase insurance. Shipping companies do lose things and unfortunately I cannot be responsible after they are shipped.

Warranty and Returns

All our products have a 90 day workmanship warranty, and a one year warranty on the elastic. We accept returns on all unused diapers within 30 days of purchase. Defective diapers will be replaced or repaired on a case by case basis.

Manufacturing

All our products are made right here in the USA . We will NEVER move our manufacturing off shores or to Mexico, because we value fair labor practices. We are a pet friendly home and our workshop is separate from our home, but it is possible that a stray hair may catch a ride in. If you have allergies please be aware.

Patent Info

Our diapers and inserts are patent pending. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and will persue legal action against anyone violating these rights. We do not offer licensing or patterns on our design.
