Shipping

It’s really sad when a diaper goes missing because that diaper was really excited to go to its new home. We don’t want any orphaned diapers, so please purchase insurance. Shipping companies do lose things and unfortunately I cannot be responsible after they are shipped.

Warranty and Returns

All our products have a 90 day workmanship warranty, and a one year warranty on the elastic. We accept returns on all unused diapers within 30 days of purchase. Defective diapers will be replaced or repaired on a case by case basis. Custom orders are non-refundable due to the extensive time and extra effort put into them.

Manufacturing

All our products are made right here in the USA . We will NEVER move our manufacturing off shores or to Mexico, because we value fair labor practices. We are a pet friendly home and our workshop is separate from our home, but it is possible that a stray hair may catch a ride in. If you have allergies please be aware.

Patent Info

Update~ I have been asked several times about another large company(and a couple smaller ones) that are making a one size diaper using adjustable elastic. I want to be very clear that we have a patent pending on the use of ANY type of adjustable elastic used in diapers. Any company you may see using this method has in essence stolen our design. By purchasing these diapers you are supporting the theft of our design. Please respect the hard work and money we have put into our design and patent and do not purchase these products. Our diaper business supports our family, and other hard working families here in the USA.

Our diapers and inserts are patent pending. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and will persue legal action against anyone violating these rights. We do not offer licensing or patterns on our design. Please do not be fooled by copy cats, there are no other companys authorized to use our design!
